Musée d'Archéologie

The Musée d'Archéologie in Antibes is a history and anthropology site located within the historic Bastion Saint-André, a 17th-century fortress built by Vauban. Established in 1963, the museum features two vaulted galleries displaying a permanent collection of artifacts excavated both on land and at sea. These exhibits help reconstruct the town's history during Antiquity, specifically highlighting the influence of Ligurian, Greek, and Roman populations.

The museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm. It is closed on Mondays, as well as on New Year's Day, May 1st, November 1st, and Christmas Day. Admission is €5.00 for normal entry, with a reduced rate of €3.00. Entry is free for children aged 0–17 and job seekers.
