The visitor experience at the Maison de l’Huître is structured into three parts: a film screening titled "La Vie de l’Huître," a guided museum tour, and a free outdoor tour. These exhibits detail the history of oyster farming in the bay, the secrets of production, and the specific three-year process required to raise oysters in this unique ecosystem.
